cameronteam We had a great time filming the next episode of American Dream TV at the Nir Family YMCA on Market Street in Wilmington, NC. This facility provides so much for its members — from childcare to two swimming pools to state-of-the-art fitness equipment to programs for adults and children — there's something for everyone. The YMCA of Southeastern North Carolina aims to nurture the whole body — physically, mentally, and socially. A few special things to note...They have a free 12-week program for cancer survivors to help them claim back their health. They also have a great digital wellness program called YMCA 360, so you can access workouts from home. Do you homeschool or have a child with special needs? They accommodate them too! I GUARANTEE you don't know half of what the YMCA provides our community. Yesterday's tour was very enlightening. Keep an eye out for our YMCA segment in the coming weeks.
