Lately, many buyers that dream of the American dream of home ownership are taking a "wait and see" approach to home buying and waiting for the "bottom" of the market.  The only problem with trying to time the market is that you can't time the market.  We will not know that the bottom of our real estate market has happened until it has already happened and is in the transition of improving. 

Conditions in our market today are more favorable then they have been in years with high supply, low interest rates and historically low prices.  If you're a "fence sitter," you may want to consider hopping off!
