Monday Market Update - April 27, 2011
Happy Easter! I hope you had a fabulous weekend with your family and friends. I celebrated Easter and my parents 45th wedding anniversary this weekend with family. Great weather, great company and a great weekend!
Sales were up in March and April seems to be showing the same trend. Much of this can be attributed to the more active Spring market we typically see but hopefully we'll continue to see activity increase month over month which will go a long way in confirming our local real estate market is improving.
A note of caution about all the hype in the media you see about real estate. Many of the articles and TV pieces you see are stories on a national level and do not always reflect what's going on here locally. If you have a question about a neighborhood, or the market in general; give us a call. Good, bad or ugly...we'll be honest with you on market conditions and trends. We want our clients to make educated decisions when it comes to real estate (or anything else for that matter.. but real estate is our specialty).
