Happy Monday!

I hope your week is off to a great start. Ours has been a little wacky. We've started out the week with our office changing email servers. We haven't had access to our email most of the day....talk about stress. It's amazing how much we depend on technology these days!

We learned last week that Fannie Mae is now requiring lenders to pull a "soft credit" report 3-5 days prior to closing to make sure borrowers haven't made additional purchases or opened new lines of credit before closing on a property that would change their "qualification" for their mortgage.
