Happy Monday!

I'm starting to see blooms on the trees and I'm liking this weather!  Hope you had a fun and enjoyable weekend.

Although the housing market does seem to be heading in the right direction, I think we'll continue to see ups and downs in the market as we recover.  Job growth, housing affordability, interest rates and higher rent rates will continue to pull consumers into the housing market but we still have to contend with the distressed property inventory that has not gotten through the system yet.  For the foreseeable future, I think it will remain a GREAT opportunity for buyers.
