Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend and are drying out from last weeks down pour. Fall weather is definitely in the air. Time to dust off the jackets and boots.
We continue to be in a strong buyers market with record low interest rates and high inventory. In my 16 years of real estate, I've never seen home ownership more affordable. The principle and interest on a $100,000 mortgage would be less than $500 per month in today's market. That's incredible!!! Yes mortage guidelines are tougher but they aren't unrealistic.
