North Carolina to Receive Millions in Housing Aid
North Carolina is set to receive $159 million from the Obama administration to help unemployed homeowners avoid foreclosure. These funds will help homeowners pay their mortgage for up to a year while they search for homes. These funds are in addition to the administration's incentives for mortgage lenders to lower monthly payments.
