There are currently 5135 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (10/25/09-4/24/10), 1859 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 17 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (4/18/10-4/24/10):
- 188 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 110 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 86 Homes SOLD
- 94 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
