There are currently 5007 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (10/4/09-4/4/10), 1848 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 16 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (3/29/10-4/4/10):
- 229 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 98 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 97 Homes SOLD
- 106 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
