Local Market Statistics

There are currently 5212 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties.  In the last 6 months (12/10/09-6/08/10), 1910 homes have sold.  These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 16 months worth of inventory.

During the last week (5/26/10-6/02/10):

  • 93 Homes were listed FOR SALE
  • 45 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
  • 42 Homes SOLD
  • 54 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
