Local Market Statistics
There are currently 5233 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (1/8/10-7/8/10), 2087 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 15 months worth of inventory (Good news for sellers - this has been decreasing over the past few months).
During the last week (7/1/10-7/8/10):
- 129 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 54 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 41 Homes SOLD
- 128 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
Please note all of these statistics are based on single-family residential homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties.
