There are currently 4289 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (10/14/10-4/14/11), 1689 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 15 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (4/7/11-4/14/11):
- 124 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 69 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 36 Homes SOLD
- 84 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
