There are currently 4495 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (8/27/10-2/23/11), 1653 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 15 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (2/16/11-2/23/11):
- 145 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 67 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 29 Homes SOLD
- 75 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
Please note all of these statistics are based on single-family residential homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties.
