Local Market Statistics
There are currently 4334 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (7/30/10-01/26/11), 1752 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 15 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (01/19/11-1/26/11):
- 126 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 40 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 33 Homes SOLD
- 94 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)

In Case You Missed It
The Greenpease Ship, Arctic Sunrise, docked in Wilmington to raise awareness for environmental issues and to host a fundraising concert. This was the first stop for its one-month Eastern seaboard Coal Free Future Tour. It was also scheduled to stop in Philadelphia, New York, and Boston.
