Local Market Statistics
There are currently 4211 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (12/2/10-6/2/11), 1839 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 13 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (5/26/11-6/2/11):
- 120 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 88 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 80 Homes SOLD
- 142 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
