Local Market Statistics

There are currently 4591 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (9/17/10-3/17/11), 1672 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 16 months worth of inventory.

During the last week (3/10/11-3/17/11):

160 Homes were listed FOR SALE
71 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
41 Homes SOLD
98 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)

Please note all of these statistics are based on single-family residential homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties.
