Local Market Statistics
There are currently 4252 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (11/26/10-5/26/11), 1852 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 13 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (5/19/11-5/26/11):
- 114Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 71 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 61 Homes SOLD
- 88 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)
