Local Market Statistics

There are currently 4303 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (11/05/10-5/04/11), 1762 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 14 months worth of inventory.

During the last week (4/28/11-5/04/11):

116 Homes were listed FOR SALE
78 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
95 Homes SOLD
113 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)

Please note all of these statistics are based on single-family residential homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties.
