Local Market Statistics
There are currently 5034 single-family homes for sale in New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick Counties. In the last 6 months (03/13/10-9/01/10), 2194 homes have sold. These numbers indicate that if NO other homes are listed for sale that there is approximately 14 months worth of inventory.
During the last week (9/02/10-9/09/10):
- 107 Homes were listed FOR SALE
- 41 Homes went UNDER CONTRACT
- 34 Homes SOLD
- 76 Homes FAILED to SELL (Withdrawn or Expired)

In case You Missed It
A Butterfly House was added to Airlie Gardens this year. Right now, it features 8 species and new butterflies are added everyday. Next year, there will be near 100 species to view.
Quick Fact: There are more than 90 butterfly species in New Hanover County and more than 170 in North Carolina.
